Marta Siberio Consulting, Inc.

Marta Siberio manages a consulting company under her own name – a New York-based M/WBE firm that provides organizational development and strategic management support to government agencies, foundations, non-profit and healthcare organizations. Marta helps leaders adapt to emerging trends and policies that require significant organizational change. Her approaches include facilitation, executive and team performance coaching, strategic planning and tactical implementation assistance. She is respected for her ability to think strategically, communicate complex ideas simply and directly, and motivate executives and line staff to craft solutions that lead to success. Marta served as Assistant Commissioner for Planning in the New York City Health Department and as a policy analyst for the Mayor’s Office of Operations. She directed humanitarian assistance programs in Russia and the emerging democracies of Central Asia. She has consulted with many public agencies, including projects with IMPLEXpartners. Marta helped found the professional organization, 100 Hispanic Women, and has served on the Board of other non-profits. She has a master’s degree in Public Administration from NYU, a BA from Amherst College, and certificates from Harvard’s Program for Senior Executives in Government, and the National Coalition of Hispanic Health and Human Services Organization’s Hispanic Health Leadership Program, and Myers-Briggs.
